Role & responsibilities



Project Planning and Execution:

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans, setting targets, and ensuring successful property transactions.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

This role involves addressing client needs, resolving conflicts, negotiating deals, and making critical decisions to facilitate successful sales outcomes.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

The Real Estate Sales Manager works closely with marketing, finance, legal, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall project objectives.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes, adopt new technologies, and innovate sales techniques to stay ahead in the competitive real estate market.

Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and leveraging digital tools to enhance customer experience and drive sales.


Preferred candidate profile



5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting targets and leading a sales team. Experience in project management is a plus.

Experience in high-end luxury real estate markets or commercial property sales.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
