Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role



Drive sales and revenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Build and nurture strong client relationships for long-term business success.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to convert prospects into customers.

Support the Sales Head in planning, execution, and reporting of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned targets.

Generate business through networking, referrals, and events.

Conduct client interactions, presentations, and site visits to drive conversions.

Negotiate and finalize sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Collaboration & Support

Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.

Assist the Sales Head in preparing reports, reviews, and sales strategies.

Guide and motivate junior sales staff to achieve team goals.

Reporting & Analysis



Track and analyse sales performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue.

Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

Monitor competitor activity and share market intelligence with management.

Customer Experience

Ensure smooth sales transactions in line with company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.

Resolve client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Arrange and accompany clients for site/property visits as per requirement.

Organize virtual tours for customers who prefer online exploration of projects.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (preferred).

4-5 years of proven experience in sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital sales tools.

Experience handling mid-to-high-value sales transactions.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Team motivation and coordination skills.

Sales forecasting and reporting expertise.
