Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at SWENLOG SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS PVT LTD in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting the sales team in day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.

Sales and Business Development skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Proven track record of meeting sales targets Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
