Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our

offline and online sales

efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across both physical and digital channels. You should be equally comfortable with face-to-face selling, digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online campaign collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand customer base. Identify and tap into offline and online market opportunities. Collaborate with marketing for online campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.

Offline Sales



Manage field sales activities, B2B or retail partner network, and on-ground activations. Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations. Identify new physical markets and build relationships with distributors, retailers, or corporate clients.

Online Sales



Drive revenue through e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media. Optimize sales funnels and conversion rates. Monitor analytics for lead generation, follow-up, and closure.

Team Management & Collaboration



Manage a team of sales executives and provide training, motivation, and performance tracking. Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams for seamless sales operations.

Customer Relationship Management



Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Handle client feedback, objections, and queries effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in both offline and online channels. Strong understanding of digital tools (CRM, email marketing, sales automation, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Comfortable with field visits and client meetings when required.
