Collaborate with marketing for online campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.
Offline Sales
Manage field sales activities, B2B or retail partner network, and on-ground activations.
Conduct in-person client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Identify new physical markets and build relationships with distributors, retailers, or corporate clients.
Online Sales
Drive revenue through e-commerce platforms, websites, and social media.
Optimize sales funnels and conversion rates.
Monitor analytics for lead generation, follow-up, and closure.
Team Management & Collaboration
Manage a team of sales executives and provide training, motivation, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams for seamless sales operations.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in both offline and online channels.
Strong understanding of digital tools (CRM, email marketing, sales automation, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings when required.
