Key Responsibilities



Sales Generation:

Proactively identify, solicit, and secure new corporate, group, and event business through calls, networking, and site visits.

Account Management:

Nurture and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

Strategy & Planning:

Assist in implementing sales action plans, contribute to marketing efforts, and analyze market/competitor trends.

Operations & Administration:

Prepare proposals, contracts, sales reports, manage CRM records, and coordinate with Catering, Front Office, and Reservations.

Reporting:

Track all sales activities, maintain pipelines, and report on performance metrics to senior management.

Events & Representation:

Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events; conduct property tours (site inspections).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
