Key Responsibilities



Support the Sales Manager in planning and achieving monthly sales targets Assist in creating sales strategies and promotional plans Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business Track sales performance and prepare basic sales reports Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with marketing, store, and operations teams Work toward planning & achieving

Skills Required



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and guide team members Good negotiation and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to work under targets and deadlines Managing outstanding payments effectively Maintain strong relationships by offering fast and efficient service to current clients should have a basic ability to read, write, and understand English

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (Must) MBA (Preffered) 10-15 years of experience in sales or retail (home decor, furniture, furnishing crockery & gifts preferred) Experience in team handling is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
