Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management (principals, directors, trustees)
Strategize and execute plans for promoting educational products/services (labs, training, curriculum, etc.)
Conduct school visits, presentations, and product demos as needed
Track team performance, pipeline, and conversions through regular reviews
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and delivery
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in the
education domain
, especially in school partnerships
Prior
experience in handling a team
is a must
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for meetings and demos
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or education-related qualification preferred
Preferred Experience:
Background in EdTech, curriculum services, lab setup, teacher training, or similar educational services
Ability to independently close deals with schools and lead from the front
Familiar with CBSE/ICSE/State board guidelines and school budgeting processes
