Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle inbound and outbound leads from portals, campaigns, and walk-ins
Conduct and coordinate site visits for prospective clients
Explain project details including pricing, amenities, payment plans, and documentation
Support negotiations and assist in closing property sales
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up status in CRM
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and accounts teams for documentation and booking
Track market trends and competitor activity
Requirements & Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in
real estate sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of RERA norms and real estate documentation
Proficient in CRM and MS Office
Preferred Skills:
Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury real estate projects
Ability to manage multiple clients and closures simultaneously
Strong presentation and closing skills
