Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management
Handle inbound/outbound prospect calls and schedule/host workspace tours.
Convert prospects into members through effective communication and follow-ups.
Manage CRM, track leads, maintain sales pipelines, and ensure timely closures.
Assist in productizing services and creating new membership offerings.
Community Management
Build strong relationships with members and ensure high levels of engagement.
Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new members.
Communicate member needs, feedback, and escalations to the founders' office.
Act as the daily touchpoint for all member queries, concerns & support needs.
Community Leadership
Foster a positive, collaborative coworking culture.
Facilitate introductions and help members network effectively.
Identify collaboration opportunities among members and encourage cross-interaction.
Proactively maintain high levels of satisfaction within the workspace.
Event Planning & Partnerships
Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with start-ups, experts, local businesses, and partners for events.
Manage event budgets and ensure successful execution.
Communication & Coordination
Maintain daily communication with members and internal teams.
Prepare weekly reports on sales, community health, events, and feedback.
Coordinate operational issues and space improvements with the founders' office.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (MUST).
Proven ability to manage client relationships.
Strong sales aptitude with negotiation and closing capabilities.
High emotional intelligence and people-first mindset.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
Event management or community management experience is a plus.
Experience in coworking, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred.
