: As a Assistant Sales Manager of the Sales Team your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a group of sales professionals, driving them to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You will play a critical role in motivating, coaching, and guiding the team members to deliver exceptional performance and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibility Area (KRA)
Develop and Monitor team's performance, analyse sales data, and develop action plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Implements and maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up system.
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
Helps salespeople close complex deals when necessary.
Maintain relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Assists in development of improvement programs for team members who are having difficulty reaching their objectives.
Communicates with sales team to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed.
Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 years above as an Automotive Team Leader or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
