We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales team, drive revenue growth, and help build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning, executing, and closing sales initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations promptly
