Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory by managing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring effective distribution, and expanding market penetration for AVN Ayurveda Formulations. The ASM will work closely with retailers, distributors, Ayurvedic doctors, and wellness practitioners to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Market Expansion

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Promote AVN Ayurveda products to Ayurvedic practitioners, pharmacies, hospitals, and wellness centers.

2. Team Management & Training

Recruit, train, and manage Sales Executives. Monitor performance and provide guidance for achieving sales objectives. Conduct regular team meetings and product training sessions.

3. Channel & Distribution Management

Develop strong relationships with distributors and stockists. Ensure proper availability and visibility of products at retail outlets. Address distributor issues and optimize inventory management.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy Execution

Gather market intelligence on customer needs and competitor activities. Execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives. Provide sales forecasts and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, Pharma, or FMCG sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage teams and work in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
