We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager with strong experience in real estate sales to join our team at Pride Group, Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales activities related to residential/commercial real estate projects.
Generate leads through various channels and follow up with prospective customers.
Conduct site visits, explain project features, and provide customized property solutions to clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer data.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth execution of the sales process.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Target-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
Good understanding of the local Aurangabad real estate market.
Ability to handle fieldwork and client meetings efficiently.
