Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in the solar manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will assist in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional activities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong understanding of solar products and the renewable energy market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
