Job OverviewWe are seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Sales Manager to join our dedicated team in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a mandatory skill in the piping industry.

  • Qualifications and SkillsProven work experience of at least 4 years in a sales role, demonstrating capability in driving sales processes and strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development and execution to meet organizational goals and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence and establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in account management, capable of managing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Expertise in customer relationship management to foster trust and loyalty from clients and enhance service quality.
  • Knowledge of territory management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and optimizing sales coverage in designated areas.
  • Mandatory skill in the piping industry, a crucial requirement for understanding industry-specific challenges and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective internal and external stakeholder interactions.
  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base and capture market share.
