Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage a team of

sales executives

. Help the team achieve

monthly and yearly sales targets

. Guide customers about different models, features, and finance options. Ensure smooth delivery and documentation process for customers. Track and improve

walk-ins, test rides, and conversions

. Build good relationships with customers and generate

referrals

. Train and motivate the sales team regularly. Coordinate with finance and insurance teams. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly

sales reports

. Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues quickly.

Skills Required

:

5+ years of experience

in 2-wheeler or automobile sales. Good knowledge of showroom sales process and local market. Strong

team handling and leadership skills

. Good communication and convincing ability. Target-oriented and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM if any).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
