The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, sales opportunities, build strong client relationships,and collection targets for the assigned area and supporting overall revenue growth through effective market outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth operations, timely supplies, and repeat business.
Meet existing customers regularly for service reviews and customer satisfaction checks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of volume, revenue, and new client acquisition.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and potential users in industrial areas, hotels, hospitals, and restaurants.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports (visits, enquiries, orders, collections) with the management team.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams for order processing, deliveries, installations, and customer support.
Attend client meetings, product presentations, safety demonstrations, and promotional activities as required.
Follow up and collect outstanding payments within approved credit terms.
Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Promote safety, compliance, and correct usage practices among all customers.
Represent the company in local business networks, industry associations, and trade forums to strengthen brand presence.
