We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with 2-4 years of experience to support day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth client and partner management. This role involves handling client inquiries, coordinating bookings, liaising with villa partners, and assisting the Sales Manager in driving revenue growth and team performance.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales pipeline and team deliverables.
Handle direct client inquiries, qualify leads, and recommend suitable villas.
Prepare client proposals, manage follow-ups, and close bookings when required.
Liaise with villa partners for real-time availability and custom requests.
Maintain accurate client and booking records in the CRM.
Assist in tracking team performance and preparing reports.
Step in for the Sales Manager in daily operations when necessary.
Requirements:
2-4 years of sales experience in hospitality, luxury travel, or real estate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Client-first approach with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Flexibility to manage urgent or VIP bookings outside regular hours.
