Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Assistant Executive - Sales
to support our sales team in managing client communications, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send accurate sales quotations as per client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, procurement, accounts) for timely updates and order processing.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM or internal databases
.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Assist in drafting and sending business correspondence (emails, proposals, presentations).
Generate and maintain sales reports for management review.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills & Competencies Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
