Responsibilities

:

- Develop and manage relationships with distributors and retailers

- Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishments

- Execute trade marketing activities and in-store promotions

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity

- Conduct field visits and sales audits regularly

- Achieve monthly sales and growth KPIs

Qualifications

:

- Graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in sales, Marketing or distribution

- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
