We are a fast-growing food manufacturing company expanding our presence across the HoReCa segment. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and grow market share in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new HoReCa customers (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, Cafes).
Maintain and grow business with existing customers in the assigned territory.
Generate sales orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
Conduct product demos, sampling activities, and promotional visits.
Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand product penetration.
Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Production) for smooth operations.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit logs, and market feedback.
Ensure visibility and availability of products across HoReCa channels.
Requirements
1-4 years of experience in HoReCa / FMCG / Food Service sales.
Strong knowledge of HoReCa market in Bangalore.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience dealing with hotels, restaurants, catering companies, cloud kitchens, and cafes.
Experience with frozen foods / ready-to-cook foods / food manufacturing companies (preferred).
