Hiring and Training

Supervision

: Oversee daily activities of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.

: Develop systems for tracking inventory to maintain a balance that meets customer demand without excess.

: Set and meet sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Cost Management

: Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability, including budgeting and financial planning.
