Experience: Min 3 years in Fashion & Retail
Qualifications: MBA or Retail / Fashion Management
Responsibilities:-
Ensure sales performance and growth of the Exclusive Brand Outlets.
Implement and monitor the process and systems and evaluate the overall performance
Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of Hidesign
Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards
Train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targets
Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by proper planning and analysis
Coordinate with the office for resolving the issues and for providing the better support
Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success
Requirements:-
Good logical, analytical and numerical skills
Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills.
