Role Summary
The Retail Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and building strong customer relationships in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, enquiries, and complaints effectively.
Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.
Build, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Create and maintain a loyal customer network.
Ensure excellent sales service and adherence to the sales process.
Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Ensure housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards are met.
Play an active role in achieving boutique sales targets.
Attend and support company events, promotions, and activities.
