We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Restaurant Assistant Manager

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Manage employee schedules and payroll in coordination with HR Analyze sales reports and suggest ways to improve revenue and reduce costs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and in shifts Degree or diploma in hospitality management is preferred Briefing service teams regarding customer feedbacks and for better improvements. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant traffic and revenue. Monitoring Works all subordinates and report to managers 2+ years of relevant experience in restaurant industry. Generate accurate customer bills using POS system. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to accounts/manager. Maintain and operate billing software (e.g., Petpooja)
