Job Summary:



The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, smooth service flow, staff management, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and consistency Control costs, wastage, and inventory (F&B, bar, consumables) Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through upselling Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and corporate teams Prepare daily reports, MIS, and operational checklists Maintain brand standards and SOPs at all times

Skills & Requirements:



5-8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities Knowledge of P&L, inventory, and cost control Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets (if required)

Qualification:



Graduate / Hotel Management degree preferred

Job Summary:



The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, and guest service, ensuring smooth functioning of the restaurant and high service standards.

Assist RM in managing daily restaurant operations Supervise service staff and ensure SOP adherence Handle guest interactions and resolve complaints promptly Support in staff training, briefing, and shift management Monitor service quality, hygiene, and cleanliness Assist in inventory management and stock control Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service Step in as acting RM in absence of Restaurant Manager

Skills & Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in F&B service operations Good leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of service standards and guest handling Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Qualification:



Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
