The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, smooth service flow, staff management, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle escalations
Manage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance
Monitor food & beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
Control costs, wastage, and inventory (F&B, bar, consumables)
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue through upselling
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulations
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and corporate teams
Prepare daily reports, MIS, and operational checklists
Maintain brand standards and SOPs at all times
Skills & Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
Knowledge of P&L, inventory, and cost control
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets (if required)
Qualification:
