Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury cafe in Margao, South Goa. As a renowned hospitality consultancy firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our guests.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
2. Supervise and train staff, including waiters, bartenders, and kitchen helpers.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
4. Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders and monitoring supplies to ensure optimal stock and minimal waste.
5. Assist in financial management, including tracking sales, controlling expenses, and managing budgets.
6. Support menu planning and development, including specials and promotions.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
8. Assist in staff development, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance skills and knowledge.
9. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory levels, and staff performance.
10. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Assistant Restaurant Manager or F& B Executive role.
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- Customer service skills to ensure high-quality service and resolve customer complaints.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Abilities

- Communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and staff issues.
