Job Description

Support Daily Operations:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Team Supervision:

Supervise and guide service staff, stewards, and kitchen team to maintain quality service standards and discipline.

Customer Service:

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies while helping manage costs and minimize wastage.

Staff Training & Scheduling:

Assist in staff training, duty rosters, and ensuring adequate manpower during peak hours.

Compliance & Hygiene:

Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with restaurant policies and FSSAI standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
