The Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining quality and safety standards. The ARM plays a key role in driving sales, optimizing team performance, and upholding the brand standards of IDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising all restaurant operations.
Ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction, addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
Monitor daily operations, including inventory management, cost control, and adherence to budget.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to IDS policies.
Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and payroll assistance.
Maintain vendor relationships and oversee timely procurement of supplies.
Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Employer Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and restaurant KPIs.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
