The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the villa dining services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth coordination with the kitchen team, and maintaining service standards. The role requires strong leadership, guest engagement skills, and the ability to handle villa-specific F&B needs in a luxury environment.

Qualitative Requirement

Qualification: BHM Experience: 5 to 7 Age: 25 to 28

Key Skills:


Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Service.
3-5 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in resorts or luxury villas.
Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
Good knowledge of food & beverage service, hygiene standards, and villa dining operations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
Proficient in POS systems, billing, and basic computer skills.
