Assist in managing daily reservation operations and supervising the reservations team
Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability across all channels
Support revenue optimization through upselling, forecasting, and pickup analysis
Handle escalated reservation issues, special requests, and VIP bookings
Coordinate closely with the resort operations team
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation and pickup reports
Support group bookings, corporate accounts, and travel agent contracts
Ensure compliance with SOPs, payment policies, and cancellation guidelines
Train and guide reservations executives to maintain service standards
