We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Reservation Manager to oversee daily reservation operations
Job Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily reservation operations.
Handle individual, corporate, group, and OTA reservations accurately.
Monitor room inventory and rate parity across all channels.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for smooth arrivals and departures.
Respond promptly to guest enquiries and special requests.
Ensure reservation data accuracy and maintain guest records.
Support revenue strategies by analysing booking trends and pick-up reports.
Oversee OTA extranets and ensure content and availability accuracy.
Train and guide reservation associates on systems and SOPs.
Assist in resolving reservation-related issues and guest concerns.
Prepare reports related to occupancy, forecasting, and daily pickup.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office; supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of PMS/CRS systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, Cloud PMS).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call/email volumes.
Knowledge of OTA platforms, rate management, and basic revenue concepts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
