Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Assistant Relationship Officer

to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for

telecalling potential customers

and promoting

loan and overdraft products

for multiple leading banks. If you have good communication skills and a passion for sales, this is a great opportunity to start or grow your career in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. Explain loan and overdraft products offered by various banks. Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the system. Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
