Job Description
:- We are looking for Assistant sales Manager who will be responsible for resolving customers\' complaints and issues in a professional manner.Roles & Responsibilities :- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.- Attending meetings and daily standups.- Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.- Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.- Making sure the store is clean and tidy all the time.- Identify opportunities to sell additional policies to existing customers and upsell to higher-value policies.- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competition.- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and customer feedback and report them to the management.- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Candidate Profile :Education : Bachelor\'s degree in any stream Experience : Minimum 2 year experience in sales or marketingAge : Between 23 - 38 yearsWhatsApp : 7862087265 (ref:updazz.com)
