Job Summary



The Assistant Registrar will be responsible for administration and coordination of academic and administrative functions of the institute.

Key Responsibilities



I. Supervise the administration of academic affairs and regulatory compliance with AICTE, BPUT, UGC, NAAC, NBA, and other relevant bodies.

Facilitate the organization of meetings for the Governing Body, Academic Council, Board of Studies, and other statutory committees. Prepare, implement and monitor standard operating procedures for academic and administrative activities as well as Institutional establishment affairs.

Qualifications & Experience



Master's Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Management or Education Administration. Minimum 5 years of experience in academic administration or registrar office functions in a university, autonomous college, or similar educational institution..

Desirable Attributes



Proficiency in MS Office, institutional ERP systems, and digital record management. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
