Qualification- Any Post Graduate with Min 5 Years Experience as Asst Registrar/Section Officer in Exam Cell of any University
Tomanage data including accurate records of graduates and entry/exit information.
To provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, reporting grades and working special events.
To maintain the data from the module handbooks regarding the scheme of the assessments (On Annual and Semester Basis).
To maintain the records of each component of assessment (On Annual and Semester Basis).
To coordinate in processing of results (On Annual and Semester Basis).
To coordinate in declaration of results (On Annual and Semester Basis).
To form a mechanism for redressal of grievances (On Annual and Semester Basis).
To make the arrangement for distribution of degrees, diplomas and certificates.
To coordinate with all constituents institutes for issue of duplicate transcript / degree (if lost)
To make available the statistical/other examination information to UGC/State Government from time to time Ensure full compliance of all processes and rules as per UGC and NAAC and related agencies.
To maintain the records for ABC and upload data on the UGC website when required.
To maintain the records for NAD and upload data on NAD website accordingly.
To maintain the records for UGC, MPPURC and AICHE upload data on the concerned website accordingly.
To receive the verification form students and process it accordingly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
