About the internship
Are you passionate about helping people find their dream job? Ramyoz is looking for a motivated Assistant Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic team! As an intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of recruitment while working closely with our experienced recruiters.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Help draft job descriptions and post them on various job boards and social media platforms.
4. Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to keep candidate information organized and up to date.
5. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to assist with recruitment strategies.
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and file management.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 1500 per sale).
