Assist in preparing and reviewing BOQ, quantity calculations, and measurements from drawings and site.
Maintain daily site measurement records and verify quantities with site team and contractors.
Support in preparing running account (RA) bills for subcontractors and client billing support.
Assist in rate analysis for new items as per specifications and site execution.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to verify work progress and executed quantities.
Maintain proper documentation including measurement books, material reconciliation, and checklists.
Support in cost tracking, budgeting, and reconciliation with planning and accounts departments.
Assist in preparing and submitting weekly and monthly quantity and billing reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 1-2 years (preferably in road/bridge construction projects).
Software Knowledge: MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), PDF editing, measurement tools.
Language: Proficient in Hindi and English.
Traits: Detail-oriented, numeric accuracy, site coordination ability, and time management
