We are hiring for Quantity Surveyor

No of positions: 1 nos

Location: Chennai

Qualification; BE/B.Tech Civil

Experience: 5-7 Years

Salary: Upto 3.6 Lakhs per annum

Quantity Surveyor with technical knowledge, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage costs, and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in interior construction projects.

1. Contract Administration: Drafting and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.

2. Value Engineering: Finding ways to optimize costs without compromising quality, functionality, or aesthetics of the interior design.

3. Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential risks related to cost, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.

4. Measurement and Valuation: Measuring and valuing work done on-site for payment applications, variations, and final accounts. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite measurements and drawings

5. Collaboration: Working closely with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that project objectives, specifications, and budgets are met.

6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to costs, contracts, and project progress.

7. Advisory Role: Providing advice and guidance on cost-effective solutions, contractual matters, and financial implications throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the materials and workmanship meet the required standards and specifications.
