Job Description

Role and Responsibilities o All the New Product Development Quality checking. o JIGS & FIXTURE Creating for NPD. o All the dimension checking based on JIGS and FIXTURE checking. o Ensuring products meet specifications and quality standards, including performing inspections, testing, and audits. o Identifying areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, implementing corrective and preventative actions, and optimizing workflows. o Identifying and addressing quality issues, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending solutions. o Maintaining accurate records of inspections, tests, and findings, and preparing reports for management. o Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible o Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability o Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes o Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order). o Review current blueprints and quality documentation o Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%) o Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products o 15 - Manage fabrication and bending process for NPD Products and team with daily basis alignment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
