Job Description

Monitor in-process inspections and final product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. Coordinate root cause analysis and troubleshooting for quality issues in production. Analyze trends in product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformances. Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality inspection and test equipment. Assist in implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, IATF and other relevant standards (ISO 14001 etc.). Support internal and external quality audits, including customer and third-party audits. Help manage documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and quality manuals. Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support customer complaint investigation, resolution, and documentation. Coordinate with production and sales teams to meet customer quality expectations. promote Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives. Assist in training production and quality staff on quality standards and procedures.
