Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and standards
Monitor product and process quality across operations
Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews
Handle non-conformities, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Coordinate with procurement, production, and operations teams
Maintain quality documentation and reports
Support internal and external audits
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Quality / relevant field
6-10 years of experience in quality management
Strong knowledge of quality tools, audits, and documentation
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in manufacturing / projects / supply chain preferred
Preferred:
Immediate or short-notice joiner
