Job Description

Job Title:- Fresher Assistant Quality cum Material Engineer (AQME)

Job involves supporting quality control, material testing, and documentation, focusing on ensuring raw materials and finished products meet standards through inspections, lab tests (slump, compression), supplier coordination, root cause analysis (CAPA), and maintaining quality records, requiring strong analytical skills, basic engineering knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office for an entry-level role in manufacturing or construction.

Key Responsibilities:-

Material Testing & Inspection:

Assist in conducting field and lab tests (e.g., slump, compression, hardness) on incoming raw materials and finished goods.

Documentation:

Prepare inspection reports, quality logs, and maintain records of tests and non-conformances.

Quality Control Support:

Support the Quality Engineer in daily checks, ensuring processes align with project specifications and quality benchmarks.

Supplier Coordination:

Help coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality meets standards.

Data Analysis (Basic):

Assist in collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends or defects.

Problem Solving (Entry Level):

Help identify causes of quality issues and participate in implementing corrective actions.

Training & Compliance:

Support training workers on quality standards and assist in adhering to ISO/Industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Fresher

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of engineering principles, basic math, physics, and manufacturing processes.

Software:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
