We're seeking a smart, confident, and highly motivated professional to join our SMART Procurement team. The Assistant Manager of Purchasing will be responsible for driving cost-effective purchasing strategies, vendor development, and smooth material availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end procurement process for technicaland non-technical materials.
Develop, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships toensure quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, contracts, and long-term agreements.
Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchase requirements.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal requirements.
Maintain and update purchase documentation, approvals, and vendor databases.
Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensuretimely project execution.
Required Skills & Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or
related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in Procurement / SCM / Vendor Development, Sheet metal industry.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Procurement Software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
