Assist in end-to-end procurement activities for civil and infrastructure projects.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Request, review, and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Ensure timely availability of construction materials, machinery, and services at project sites.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store teams to understand requirements.
Track inventory levels and support in maintaining optimum stock without over-purchasing.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve any supply-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and budget guidelines.
Skills & Education:
o B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree or PMP certification is an added advantage).
Proven track record in handling medium to large-scale projects independently.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
