Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Assistant Psychologist with at least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents. The role involves supporting students' emotional wellbeing, assisting in sessions and workshops, and working closely with schools and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and group support sessions Assist in workshops for students, parents, and teachers Support basic assessments and student observations Coordinate with school staff on student needs Maintain confidential records and documentation Provide support during sensitive situations under supervision
Eligibility:

Master's degree in Psychology (mandatory) Minimum 1 year relevant experience (school/NGO/clinical preferred)
Skills Required:

Strong communication and listening skills Ability to build rapport with children and adolescents Empathy, patience, and professionalism Willingness to learn and work in school environments Comfortable with travel to schools if required
