Acquisition Property Manager
to lead property acquisition and expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential hotel and resort properties for acquisition.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for property acquisitions.
Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and agreements with property owners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.
Monitor acquisition pipelines and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during acquisition processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
8-10 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or hospitality management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality market trends, regulations, and property valuation.
