Adept at orchestrating high-impact client visits and events, curating bespoke menus, and driving sustainability initiatives across F&B services. Skilled in inventory control, performance analytics, and team leadership, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead all major client visits and corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and elevated guest experience. Design and implement customized menus for cafeterias and client engagements, aligning with dietary preferences and brand standards. Champion eco-friendly practices in F&B operations, promoting sustainability and waste reduction. Maintain optimal par stock levels for pantry consumables, ensuring uninterrupted service. Deliver regular performance reports and actionable analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making. Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to uphold service excellence and operational efficiency. Address and resolve client complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Provide administrative oversight for auxiliary amenities including courier services, fun zone, creche, and gym facilities.
