Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and landscaping services.
Coordinate with vendors for timely upkeep of electrical, plumbing, lifts, and other systems.
Address resident complaints promptly and ensure service request closure.
Maintain facility checklists, inspection reports, and service logs.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of common areas (clubhouse, gym, pool, parking).
Monitor AMC schedules and ensure compliance with statutory norms.
Support society events, resident communication, and vendor negotiations.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years in facility/property management (residential preferred)
Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office/Excel and apps like MyGate, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Facility Management / Engineering / Hospitality
Well-presented, proactive, and resident-focused
Ability to manage on-ground teams and respond to emergencies efficiently.
