Property Manager (PM) is one of the most important positions in the hostel. PM is responsible for handling the entire on the ground operations of a hostel. He/she has to be well versed in every aspect of the hostel in order to manage it effectively and to use resources efficiently. PMs duty revolves around making sure that all the processes laid down are being followed, managing staff shifts and roster, performing daily audits & checks, guest handling, property maintenance, building up the team and vibe of the hostel. Ancillary Services - Analysis, upselling, targets Property Repair & Maintenance checks Guest Reviews & Experience
Inventory Accounting
Checking and Maintaining FAR
Human Resource Management - staff roster, attendance, leaves, salaries General quality and checks. Internal and External liaising. Local & HO Reporting Required Skills: Min. qualification : Graduate in Hospitality Management. Min. 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar job role.
Good communication skills.
Management skills. Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with multiple locations and enable the staff to perform better. Problem solving and reporting skills.
Location flexible. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 918,000.00 - 923,500.00 per month Benefits:
